Obesity vs Healthy Lifestyle

Nowadays, there is a lot of attention centered on health and food. Food plays a major role in our health. Many illnesses or disorders today are cause by what we eat.

One of these illnesses or disorders is obesity. Obesity is highly influenced by our diet.

Another culprit is soda. Many soda companies have seen this health risk and have resorted to manufacturing what we call the diet soda. However, further studies have revealed that diet sodas are no solutions to the problem. In fact, they add to it.

The main content of sodas that promote weight increase is sugar. We know that. So the soda companies decided to trim down on their sugar and replace it with a sugar substitute which is just as deadly and toxic as the sugar itself .

To make the situation worse, the intake of this type of soda has increased because it led many to believe that drinking a lot of it wouldn’t have an effect because it is a “diet” soda.

It’s high time to change that mindset and start living a healthy lifestyle.
